    • 2.2. The Terms of Use apply only to the Website and not to any specific agreements entered into electronically or in writing by the Administrator.

    • 3.1. Conditions may be changed without prior notice.

    • 4.1. To provide asynchronous web radio broadcasts produced by Greek and EU schools for the education of students and teachers.

It is prohibited, in whole or in part, to reproduce and and retransmit the content of the site, store it in a database, relay it electronically or mechanically or in any other form, in the original or in a translation or other adaptation and modification of its form, content and its appearance without the written permission of the Administrator.
    • 6.3. The display of the material on this web site should in no way be construed as a transfer or grant of a license or right to use or exploit it.

    • 7.1. Trademarks, insignia and designs of third parties owned by third parties remain their property and may not be used without the permission of their owners.

    • 8.2. The Administrator shall not provide interoperability unless expressly agreed.
  2. Broadcasts-Producers
    • 9.1. The Administrator does not perform preventive or quality checks on broadcasts that have been uploaded.
    • 9.2. If you wish to exercise your rights in relation to the broadcasts transmitted by the Website please contact the Administrator.
    • 9.3. The Operator does not endorse or accept the views expressed in the broadcasts.
  3. Forum-Facebook-Twitter
    • 10.1. The Administrator does not endorse or accept opinions expressed in comments or posts or even in the texts hosted on the Forum.
    • 10.2. If you wish to exercise your rights in relation to posts in the forum or social media accounts managed by the Administrator, please contact us by email or directly message the accounts.
  4. Jurisdiction
    • 11.1. Any dispute arising out of these terms shall be adjudicated in the courts of Thessaloniki.

This data protection policy is limited to personal data collected by the company as Controller by the website www.europeanschoolradio.eu, the above mentioned email eu.schoolradio@gmail.com, as well as the pages maintained by the company on social media (indicatively facebook, instagram and twitter).

      • 5.1.5. Phone Number
      • 5.1.6. Email (in case this is identifiable personal data)
      • 5.1.7. Username (in case this is identifiable personal data)
    • 5.2. Email to receive newsletter (in case this is identifiable personal data)
    • 5.3. Personal data voluntarily supplied by you through our support forum and social media whose categories can not be previously known.
  6. Data processing of minors
    • 6.1. The data processing of a minor when providing society services information directly to him, is legal if the minor has reached the age of fifteen (15) and gives his consent.
    • 6.2. If the minor is under the age of fifteen (15) the data processing mentioned in the paragraph above, is legal only after the legal representative of the minor has given his consent.
